Dispute a Notice Secure Form

In order to appeal your notice, we will need to provide the following documentation:

REQUIRED to appeal: Valid booking number or transaction number from the mobile application. All mobile vendors will have this on the receipt or on your account for each transaction. If you do not have a receipt, contact the mobile vendor you used to make payment for a copy of the receipt. This must list the license plate, date of parking, enter/exit time, and lot location. A photo or screenshot should be submitted in JPEG or PDF form.

If your license plate on the receipt does not match the plate on the notice, please provide a screenshot of the plates on the account.

When the plate on the receipt does not match the plate on the notice: Provide a redacted bank statement or a screenshot of the transaction showing the payment has been posted. It must list processed not processing.

If a payment is pending, we cannot accept it, and will ask that you send the additional screenshot once the payment has been posted.

You can black out any sensitive and vital account information, as long as it shows as Diamond Parking.

Your request will not be processed if these are not included with your appeal.
